Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Linux System Engineer to evolve media infrastructure into a platform-based model, ensuring high availability and enabling self-service for other engineering teams.

You will analyze systems, design platform services, automate deployment of media applications, and optimize infrastructure for performance and resilience. This hybrid Brussels-based role requires strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Competenze

5+ years of Linux system engineering in Red Hat ecosystem (RHEL, Foreman).
5+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Bitbucket).
3+ years container orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker/Podman.
3+ years automation with Ansible or Ansible Automation Platform.
Python scripting proficiency.
Experience with monitoring tools like CheckMK or Nagios.
Ability to map and document complex system components and dependencies.
Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Native Dutch speaker.
