HumanInTech is seeking an experienced Solution/Platform Architect to define, evolve and govern the target architecture for a digital platform spanning mobile, web and BFF layers. You will ensure scalability, security and maintainability while enabling internal and external teams to contribute via a consistent integration model.

Partner with product owners, engineering and business stakeholders to translate the platform vision into actionable architecture and MVP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as solution architect, software architect or platform architect.
• Experience designing digital platforms and integration ecosystems.
• Experience defining architectures across multiple channels (mobile, web, APIs).
• Strong knowledge of API-first architectures and integration patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, lifecycle management and versioning.
• Understanding of cloud-based and distributed architectures.
• Security-by-design principles (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API security).

• Define and maintain the target architecture across mobile, web and BFF layers.
• Define architectural principles supporting platform scalability, extensibility and maintainability.
• Define integration patterns, platform boundaries and contribution models.
• Ensure consistency across mobile, web and integration layers.
• Align platform architecture with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and architecture governance.
• Define API and integration principles.
• Evaluate technologies, frameworks and architectural approaches.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
