10 TDW Sprl in Belgium seeks a strong Manufacturing Plant Workshop Leader to drive production, planning, maintenance and continuous improvement at the Nivelles site. You will lead safety, quality and on-time delivery while developing teams and optimizing processes.

You will manage budgeting, equipment investments and cross-functional collaboration with procurement and other departments, while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards. Fluency in French and strong English are required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering, 5-7+ years manufacturing experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S experience desirable.
• Fluent in French; comfortable with English.

Responsabilidades

• Safety, Health, Environment & Quality: ensure compliance with HSE rules and quality objectives; implement corrective actions when required.
• Production & Operational Excellence: structure and coordinate production, monitor KPIs, maintain BOM accuracy, manage WIP, collaborate with Procurement on Make/Buy analyses.
• Maintenance, Resources & Investments: maintain machinery, contribute to budget and labor forecasts, justify new equipment investments.
• People Leadership & Development: lead, coach and develop employees; set objectives and provide feedback.
• Site Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: be part of the Nivelles Management Team and drive collaboration across departments.
