Job summary

TDW is seeking an experienced leader to head the Nivelles Manufacturing Plant workshop. You will lead production, planning & scheduling, maintenance, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on people development and operational excellence.

You will ensure safety, quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency while driving performance across the site. A Master’s in Engineering with 5-7+ years in manufacturing and Lean/Six Sigma experience are preferred, with fluency in French and working

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with 5-7+ years manufacturing or related experience.
• Process improvement experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S is desired.
• Knowledge of TDW products is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Health, Environment & Quality: ensure rules and procedures are followed and facilities comply with safety regulations; drive quality objectives; ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Production & Operational Excellence: structure, schedule and coordinate production to ensure safe, high-quality and on-time delivery; monitor KPIs and drive improvement; manage BoMs and WIP; collaborate on Make/Buy analyses.
• Maintenance, Resources & Investments: ensure machinery and equipment are maintained; contribute to budget and labor forecasts; identify investment needs and justify requests for new machinery.
• People Leadership & Development: select, manage, motivate, and develop employees; set objectives; provide feedback; assess performance and training needs; support career development.
• Site Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: active member of the Nivelles Management Team; collaborate across departments to ensure project flow; represent Production and participate in Works Council.
