Job summary

Prado is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive day-to-day production and warehousing activities in a fast-scaling, international environment. You will translate supply-chain plans into actionable schedules, manage production and warehouse teams, and push continuous improvements with a strong focus on service levels and OTIF.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems in production (Odoo or similar).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Degree in Industrial/Commercial Engineering or related field.

• Lead day-to-day production and warehousing operations, taking full ownership of execution, output, quality and flow on the shop floor.
• Translate supply-chain plans into robust operational schedules, ensuring smooth execution across production, assembly and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, lead-time reduction, capacity utilisation and cost control.
• Manage and develop production and warehouse teams, setting clear priorities, standards and ways of working.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs (service level, productivity, scrap, rework, OTIF), ensuring visibility and accountability.
• Strengthen collaboration with planning, supply chain and quality to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Support and embed operational processes and tools (e.g. Odoo) on the floor, ensuring data accuracy and disciplined usage.
• Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly, always with customer delivery and product quality as the ultimate goal.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations, production or manufacturing leadership within an industrial or assembly-driven environment.
