prado is a fast-scaling international company that designs invisible home technology for architects. We are looking for a plant manager to lead our production and warehousing teams on the ground, owning day-to-day operations and driving flawless execution on the shop floor.

You will translate supply-chain plans into robust schedules, drive operational excellence, manage and develop teams, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with planning, supply chain and quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Commercial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7-10 years of experience in operations, production or manufacturing leadership within an industrial environment.
• Natural people leader with a strong hands-on mentality and ownership.
• Strong understanding of production flows, capacity management and trade-offs.
• Proven ability to improve processes, structure work and drive performance improvements.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) in a production environment.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international context with multiple stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, resilient and execution-focused; you get things done.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly with customer delivery and product quality as goals.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a plant manager to lead our production and warehousing teams on the ground. In this role, you take full ownership of day-to-day operations, translating plans into flawless execution. You drive operational discipline, improve quality, and continuously enhance efficiency across production and logistics, ensuring our international supply network performs reliably and at the highest standard.

• Monitor and improve operational KPIs (service level, productivity, scrap, rework, OTIF), ensuring visibility and accountability.
• Strengthen collaboration with planning, supply chain and quality to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Support and embed operational processes and tools (e.g. Odoo) on the floor, ensuring data accuracy and disciplined usage.
• Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly, always with customer delivery and product quality as the ultimate goal.
