Cabka Group is recruiting a Plant Controller (m/f/d) based in Ieper, Belgium. You will own cost tracking for material and manufacturing costs, perform standard cost analyses, and prepare daily performance and KPI reports for production sites.

The role requires a degree in finance-related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP and Power BI. English is essential; German is a plus, with travel to sites in Germany and Spain expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience in Finance or Controlling within manufacturing is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with proactive and independent work style
• Excellent written and spoken English; German desirable

Plant Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Record, allocate and monitor material and manufacturing costs
• Conduct standard cost and variance analyses

• Support investment decisions
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and financial feasibility assessments
• Prepare financial and operational presentations

Your profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or an equivalent qualification in Finance
• Initial experience in Finance or Controlling within a manufacturing company is an advantage
• A proactive, independent and assertive approach to work
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• A strong team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with SAP and reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are desirable
• Willingness to travel to our production sites in Germany and Spain
• A valid Category B driving licence
