Crystal Aero Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Planner to develop and manage aircraft maintenance planning, ensuring compliance with EASA and OEM guidelines. You will coordinate with operations, track progress, and maintain records for audits and clients.

The role requires hands-on planning experience, familiarity with maintenance software, and strong English technical communication. A permanent contract and a Brussels location offer stability and growth within the CMA CGM Group network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate's degree (BTS ATI, BTS Aeronautics, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
• Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance management software (e.g., AMASIS, TRAX, OASES, Aerotrack, etc.).
• Proficiency in Airbus World (AirNav X) and Boeing Toolbox.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical technical documentation.
• Organized, rigorous, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
• Fluent technical English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as engineering, quality control, and safety, to ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding planned maintenance and any schedule changes.
• Oversee the review of maintenance documentation (Workpackage, TechLogs) before submitting them to clients.

We are looking for aPlanner to join our team as part of the development of our operations at our Brussels branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Permanent contract (35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours).
