R&D Partners is seeking a PI Engineer to enable data contextualization and monitoring for Plant 2 processes at a Belgium site. You will configure PI AF and PI Vision, validate configurations per GxP and change control, and implement in the PI production environment.

The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, and ability to work independently within the Automation Manufacturing Systems team in Geel. This is a site-specific Belgium position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong OSI PI knowledge, especially PI AF and PI Vision.
• Experience in GxP production environments.
• Solid IT-OT systems and data flows understanding.
• Ability to work independently delivering Plant 2 PI AF configurations.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Optional: knowledge of Lean principles and agile tools (Jira-Confluence).

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled PI Engineer to support the Automation Manufacturing Systems department at a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium. This site-specific role focuses on enabling advanced data contextualization and monitoring for Plant 2 manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Configure PI AF (Asset Framework) for data contextualization of Plant 2 manufacturing processes.
• Develop and enable Run2Run monitoring via PI Vision displays front-end.
• Validate PI AF configurations according to GxP requirements and documented change management procedures.
• Implement validated configurations in the PI production environment.
• Update and maintain PI AF change management procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with the Plant 2 manufacturing team and align work with the PI team and system owner.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSI PI, specifically PI AF and PI Vision.
• Experience working in GxP production environments.
• Solid understanding of IT-OT systems and data flows.
• Ability to work independently to provide PI AF configurations tailored to Plant 2 requirements.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Optional: Knowledge of Lean principles and agile processes (e.g., Jira-Confluence).
