Akkodis is seeking a PI AF configuration specialist in Belgium to support Plant 2 manufacturing. You will configure PI AF for data contextualization, enable Run2Run monitoring via PI Vision, and ensure changes stay validated under GxP regulations.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent, strong PI AF/PI Vision knowledge, and experience in GMP/GxP settings with IT/OT data flows. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with Lean/Jira/Confluence seen as a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of OSI PI, especially PI AF and PI Vision.
Experience working in GxP production environments.
Good understanding of IT/OT systems and data flows.
Ability to work independently on PI AF configurations for Plant 2 requirements.
Dutch and English language skills.
Knowledge of Lean principles and agile processes, including Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilités

Configure PI AF to provide data contextualization for Plant 2 manufacturing processes.
Enable Run2Run monitoring using PI Vision displays as the front-end interface.
Validate PI AF configurations against GxP requirements and documented change management procedures.
Implement validated configurations in the PI production environment.
Update and maintain PI AF change management procedures when required.
Collaborate with the Plant 2 manufacturing team, PI team, and system owner on aligned execution.
