Pauwels Consulting is seeking an OSI-PI Specialist to support a leading life sciences client in Belgium. The role focuses on data contextualization and the optimization of monitoring systems within a regulated production environment.

You will configure PI AF and develop PI Vision dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of production runs, while validating configurations under GxP and established change management procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• 3+ years of OSI-PI experience focused on PI AF and PI Vision.
• Experience in GxP production environments.
• Solid IT/OT understanding and manufacturing data flows.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical configurations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Configure PI AF for data contextualization of manufacturing processes.
• Develop PI Vision displays to enable real-time monitoring of production runs.
• Validate PI AF configurations according to GxP requirements and established change management procedures.
• Implement validated configurations within the production environment.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and change management procedures as required.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and automation teams to align technical solutions with system ownership standards.

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• 3+ years of experience with OSI-PI, with a specific focus on PI AF and PI Vision.
• You bring professional experience working within GxP production environments.
• You possess a solid understanding of IT/OT systems and manufacturing data flows.
• You're able to work independently to translate operational requirements into technical configurations.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira or Confluence for project tracking.
