R&D Partners is seeking a PI Engineer to enable data contextualization and monitoring for Plant 2 processes at a Belgium site. You will configure PI AF and PI Vision, validate configurations per GxP and change control, and implement in the PI production environment.

The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, and ability to work independently within the Automation Manufacturing Systems team in Geel. This is a site-specific Belgium position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong OSI PI knowledge, especially PI AF and PI Vision.
• Experience in GxP production environments.
• Solid IT-OT systems and data flows understanding.
• Ability to work independently delivering Plant 2 PI AF configurations.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Optional: knowledge of Lean principles and agile tools (Jira-Confluence).

Responsabilités

• Configure PI AF for data contextualization of Plant 2 processes.
• Develop Run2Run monitoring via PI Vision front-end.
• Validate PI AF configurations per GxP and change procedures.
• Implement validated PI configurations in production.
• Update PI AF change management procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with Plant 2 team and PI system owner.
