UCB is seeking a Pharmacometrics Team Lead to strengthen the Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology group, with locations in Slough (UK), Monheim (Germany) or Braine (Belgium).
You will mentor junior staff, lead pharmacometrics strategy, and perform hands-on population PK/PD modeling and trial simulations to support dose selection and development. The role blends science leadership with collaboration across global projects and authorities.
We are looking for a Pharmacometrics Team Lead, who is innovative and agile to strengthen our Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology group, based at our research site in Slough (UK), Monheim (Germany) or Braine (Belgium).
Bringing experience in the application of pharmacometrics to pediatric drug development, Neurology and Immunology, with the aspiration to lead/manage more junior staff, to contribute to the teams’ development and grow expertise and skills in these areas.
Reporting to the Global Head of Pharmacometrics, you’ll be leading a team of Pharmacometricians, from both a technical and scientific perspective, to ensure state of the art pharmacometrics approaches are applied to optimize drug discovery and development.
Working closely with the QCP Leads assigned to the various projects, to ensure clear integration of the pharmacometrics aspects into the programs.
