Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a QA Specialist (Training & Documentation) to support the Document Management System and Learning Management System. You will manage controlled documents and training records, ensuring cGMP alignment and audit readiness.

You will administer TruVault and Summit, generate monthly reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain training matrices and document workflows. English proficiency required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with training matrices or creating training matrices.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality systems.
• Good written and spoken English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrate controlled documents and training management within DPDS Beerse.
• Provide administrative support for the document lifecycle and print copies.
• Prepare monthly backup reporting on procedure reviews.
• Act as Business Administrator in TruVault and Summit.
• Monitor actions in TruVault to prevent delays in document routes.
• Convert procedures into templates and review formatting for compliance.
• Initiate Document Routes with accurate input from the business.
• Provide first-line support and manage access to TruVault and Summit.
