Johnson & Johnson is seeking a QA Release Responsible to join the Quality organization at Beerse, Belgium. You will oversee Quality activities for Device Assembly and Parenteral Packaging, ensuring batch release and compliance with GMP standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and cross-functional teams to support investigations, CAPAs, and change controls while maintaining inspection readiness and robust quality oversight.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional stakeholders in a bilingual environment.
• Strong quality-focused approach with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Providing Quality oversight for Device Assembly and Parenteral Packaging activities.
• Supporting day-to-day quality operations and GMP documentation review.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and marketing authorizations.
• Acting as Quality spokesperson during inspections and audits.
• Establishing relationships with Business and Quality partners.
