Job summary

GEA Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the execution of complex projects from contract to completion within Pharma & Healthcare. You will coordinate internal teams and customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will engage with stakeholders across departments, manage customer expectations, and drive alignment through regular meetings and status updates. A Master’s degree and international experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a project management environment is a plus.
• Used to working in an international environment and dealing with different regions and countries.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project governance in line with the project quality plan.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor and control cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Prepare and issue project change notes when required.
• Provide monthly project status reports to site management.
• Lead and guide a cross-functional project team.
• Translate and communicate customer requirements into clear actions.
• Organize and lead alignment and follow-up meetings with department leads.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
