Arcadis Geel is seeking a Construction Manager to lead high‑level construction delivery across projects. You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, and coordinate with Engineering Design and Commissioning activities within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction management.
• Degree in a related engineering or construction discipline.
• Proven ability to lead core discipline teams and manage large projects.
• Strong client relationship and risk management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare constructability plan and ensure execution aligns with it.
• Maintain Construction Safety Plan and CSP compliance.
• Manage site productivity and contractor coordination.
• Ensure on-site personnel are trained on health, safety, and environment.
• Support project controls with progress reporting and scheduling.
• Lead EHS risk reviews and RAMS approvals with contractors.
