Arcadis at the Geel manufacturing site seeks a Process Project Engineer to support process engineering projects and improvements. You will work in a self-managing team and contribute technical expertise while gaining exposure to a broad portfolio of projects.

Profile includes a degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field, pharma manufacturing experience, GMP knowledge, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Knowledge of GMP.
Strong knowledge of process equipment.
Initial experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and grow within a project-based environment.
Effective communicator and strong team player.
Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

Support the execution of process engineering and capital projects.
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering assessments.
Participate in project planning, implementation, commissioning, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
