Panda International seeks a Scientist for the Analytical Method & Stability Center (AMSC) in Beerse, Belgium. The role focuses on analytical method development, stability profiling, and clinical release testing within cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field (0–3 years) or a Master’s with 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong LC/GC skills and GMP exposure are preferred, with fluent English required.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with experience in analytical chemistry and GMP is preferred.
• Experience in stability studies (ICH stability) and product characterization.
• Experience developing, validating, and transferring analytical methods (LC/GC a plus).
• Familiarity with synthetic modalities (oligonucleotides, peptides, conjugates, degraders) and analytical techniques.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage multiple synthetic development projects with priorities aligned to goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical Development teams.
• Drive stability studies and product characterization to support development.
• Serve as technical link between drug substance teams and analytics group.
