Arcadis is seeking a Scientist to join the Analytical Method & Stability Center (AMSC) within Analytical Development. You will support analytical method development, stability profiling, and clinical release testing across the product lifecycle, contributing to patient safety and innovation in drug testing.

You will work on cross-functional projects, interpreting data and applying advanced chromatographic/physicochemical techniques to synthetic drug substances and formulations.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master with relevant analytical chemistry/drug development experience.
• Experience with stability testing (ICH, open dish) is preferred.
• Experience with LC method development/validation is required.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Independently support multiple projects in synthetic development (oligonucleotides, peptides, conjugates, degraders).
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, API and Drug Product teams.
• Initiate fit-for-purpose stability studies and characterization techniques with data interpretation.
