Arcadis in Belgium is seeking a Scientist to join the Analytical Method & Stability Center (AMSC) within Analytical Development. You will translate project needs into laboratory activities for method development, stability profiling, and clinical release testing, supporting patient safety and lifecycle product development.

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technology with 0–3 years post-graduate experience, or a master's in chemistry with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with stability studies (ICH stability, RIBPS, open dish stress studies) on synthetic compounds.
• Knowledge/experience with LC-based analytical methods development, validation and transfer.
• Understanding of synthetic drug substances and formulation analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations; ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Independently support multiple projects in synthetic development (oligonucleotides, peptides, conjugates, degraders) and set priorities.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development teams, API and Drug Product development.
• Initiate fit-for-purpose stability studies and characterization techniques with rigorous data interpretation.
