++addmore is a product marketing studio working with startups and scale-ups across Europe. As People Lead you’ll own the people side of the business, from defining roles and sourcing to development and growth conversations.

You’ll refine onboarding, keep our competency model and job levels relevant, and help managers give growth feedback. You’ll also modernise processes with AI and automation to cut admin, while keeping the human touch as we move fast.

Responsabilités

• Own the people side of ++addmore, from hiring to growth conversations.
• Refine onboarding to be genuinely useful from day one.
• Keep the competency model and job levels relevant as the team grows.
• Help managers develop feedback, growth and difficult conversations.
• Spot early people or team issues and address them effectively.
• Run and improve growth and performance processes.
• Leverage AI and automation to remove repetitive admin without compromising humanity.
