IKOS is seeking an HR Officer to join our Brussels office and help shape the employee journey from day one. You will support the full employee lifecycle and collaborate with teams across Europe.

The ideal candidate has early HR exposure, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English, French, and Dutch. You will drive onboarding activities, payroll support, and HR process improvements in a fast-growing, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• First experience, studies or internship in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
• International and multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support payroll administration and HR processes.
• Advise employees and managers on HR-related topics.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and team events.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvements.
