Job summary

McDonald's Belgium is offering an internship in People Experience and Employee Engagement to support two initiatives: McD Connect and the Brand Ambassador Program. You will help create engaging content, coordinate communities, and assist with analytics across Belgium.

Ideal candidates are currently studying HR, communications or marketing, are fluent in Dutch and French (B2 level) with good English, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment at a growing Belgian SME backed by a multinational.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HR, communications, marketing or related field.
• Dutch and French are required with at least B2 in each language.
• Good command of English for day-to-day business communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging content for employees across internal channels.
• Support campaigns to raise awareness and engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and adoption of internal platforms.
• Coordinate ambassador activations and track participation.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report insights.
• Support events and employee experience initiatives.
