The position can based in either locations Belgium, Netherlands or Spain (Asturias). The Payroll specialist will be responsible for supporting accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for Belgium and the Netherlands. Acts as the payroll subject matter expert across both countries while partnering with employees, HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and regional payroll leadership to ensure payroll continuity, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role will be reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager.
