Job summary

Odoo in Belgium seeks a Product Owner to lead the creation of a groundbreaking payroll product in a unique partnership with Partena. You will connect R&D, payroll experts, and business consultants to simplify complex Belgian labor rules into intuitive software.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s or IT degree, UX experience, and fluent FR/EN, plus a willingness to learn fast and obtain a Belgian work permit. You will own features end-to-end in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or IT degree required.
• Payroll/HR experience OR strong willingness to learn fast.
• Fluent in French & English.
• Experience in UX.

Responsibilities

• Co-create a unique Payroll product with Partena and Odoo's R&D.
• Translate complex payroll rules into simple software behaviors.
• Act as bridge between developers, Partena experts, and Odoo consultants.
• Own tasks from start to approval: transform ideas into clear specs and test developments.
• Balance feature decisions with product vision and extreme simplicity.
