Odoo is seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with developers and transform ideas into clear specifications, test developments, and ensure high-quality applications are deployed rapidly for millions of users.

You will own tasks from start to approval, create clear specs with strong visuals, and balance decisions with the product vision, while learning across varied industries in an open, friendly culture in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT product management and leading product initiatives.
• Fluent in French and English for cross-border collaboration.
• Experience in UX design and user-centric thinking.
• Master or IT-related degree required.
• Work permit for Belgium required.
• Humor optional but expected in good spirits.

Responsibilities

We're looking for someone to help Odoo grow and expand worldwide. This role is key to driving Odoo’s development. Your mission: act as a Product Owner by understanding how businesses operate, defining what Odoo needs to evolve, and working with the development teams to implement these improvements.

You’ll play a central role in shaping and improving Odoo’s applications, making the product relevant for new and existing markets and opening the door to thousands of potential customers worldwide. You don’t need to be an expert in a specific business field, just smart, curious, structured, and eager to learn fast.
