You will collaborate with developers to translate ideas into specs, test developments, and ensure fast deployment, with a learning mindset.

Fluent in French and English; Belgian work permit; Master or IT degree; willingness to learn; UX experience; ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Master degree or IT degree required.
Experience in payroll/HR administration, or strong willingness to learn fast.
Fluent in French and English.
Experience in UX and user-centered design.
Work permit for Belgium and ability to work in a Belgian-based team.
Bad sense of humour is a stated requirement.

Responsibilities

Understand full payroll processes, compliance, and regulations for a country.
Own tasks from start to approval.
Create clear specs; strong visual communication.
Balance feature decisions with product vision and simplicity.
