Ball Beverage Packaging Belgium in Genk is seeking a temporary Payroll Officer to join the HR team. You will manage payroll for all staff, ensure accurate payments, and maintain compliant records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years in payroll, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package and an incentive plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or proven payroll experience.
• Minimum two years' payroll processing experience.
• Strong payroll principles and practices.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for all employees, including hourly, salaried, and commissioned staff; process adjustments such as retroactive pay, bonuses, and deductions.
• Collect, verify, and input employee time and attendance data.
• Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes according to applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, tax withholdings, and benefits.
• General HR administration (contracts, benefits, leave management, etc.).
• Prepare and distribute pay stubs and payroll-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations at all levels.
• Utilize payroll software to process payroll data and create monthly reports.
