Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking a part-time freelance Programme Coordinator to support the Head of Projects & Transformation in the operational delivery of an academy transformation programme. You will coordinate thematic workstreams, align stakeholders, analyse and formalise business needs, and prepare decision-making materials for the future academy.

You will help translate identified needs into concrete workstreams and support their implementation, while maintaining governance and progress reporting

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, business needs analysis and formalisation of requirements.
• Experience in project coordination and/or coordinating multiple workstreams, including planning.
• Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder working groups and workshops.
• Experience in change, organisational, operational or business transformation projects.
• Worked on projects involving technical infrastructure, workplace environments or training facilities.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across different levels and communicate with diplomacy.
• Able to synthesize complex information with high operational autonomy.
• Demonstrates strong listening skills, relational intelligence and a customer-oriented approach.
• Integrates quickly into a team and contributes positively to team spirit.
• Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Demonstrable experience in the relevant domain or technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure programme workstreams for academy transformation.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables and stakeholders for each workstream.
• Prepare roadmaps and action plans; organise working groups.
• Follow up progress and identify risks, dependencies and key points of attention.
• Prepare analyses to support management decisions and consolidate input from stakeholders.
• Prepare governance documents, meeting minutes and executive summaries.
