Vivid Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to join a growing SME in Belgium on a part-time basis. The role is 2 days per week, for a 3 to 6-month contract with onboarding in Bruges and flexibility to work mostly from home thereafter.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, VAT compliance, vendor and customer invoices, month-end close support, and maintain accurate records. Dutch language is mandatory, English and French a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in bookkeeping/accounting
• Strong knowledge of Belgian VAT regulations
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting and tax requests
• Process and maintain purchase and sales invoices
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Handle VAT calculations and compliance
• Assist with finance and admin tasks
