Job summary

Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking a PAM Architect to strengthen its privileged access security posture. The role guides stakeholders through analysis and onboarding of applications onto the central security platform.

You will define requirements for safes, accounts, access groups, approval flows, and session recording; analyze architectures for PAM integrations; standardize onboarding patterns; and advise on platform capabilities and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity architecture.
• 3+ years of practical experience with CyberArk including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP.
• Solid understanding of privileged account lifecycle, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Experience documenting functional requirements, architectural decisions, and operational handover material.
• Experience designing secure PAM integrations by analyzing application landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for applications and platforms requiring privileged access management.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity architecture.
• You possess 3+ years of practical experience with CyberArk, including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP.
• You have a solid understanding of privileged account lifecycle, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• You're experienced in documenting functional requirements, architectural decisions, and operational handover material.
• You have experience analyzing application landscapes and infrastructure patterns to design secure PAM integrations.
• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security.
• You are proactive and possess strong analytical thinking skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Vendor Access Management or Remote Privileged Access solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, NIS2, ISO 27001, or risk management frameworks.
• Possession of CyberArk certifications.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
