INBEV BELGIUM, Stella Artois Brewery, is seeking an Associate First Line Manager for the packaging area. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of the filling department and coordinate production across the warm block, cold block, filtration and packaging, while driving KPI-based improvements.

You will coach and lead a team, optimize safety, quality, and cost, and collaborate with maintenance and other departments.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent by experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with excellent communication.
• Deep knowledge of brewing and packaging processes and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Focus on safety within the brewery and address unsafe conditions.
• Organize, coordinate and follow production of warm/cold blocks, filtration and packaging.
• Drive KPI performance and implement corrective actions in meetings.
• Coach and motivate the team to reach required KPIs and deadlines.
• Oversee training programs and collaborate with maintenance to address root causes.
