Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent.
• ≥5 years in technical maintenance and troubleshooting in industrial settings.
• Experience with thermal galvanizing installations is a plus.
• Willing to work at heights.
• Experience supervising technical staff.
• 33% PLC-related work (recent investment in PLC-controlled machines).
• Basic knowledge of overhead cranes, monorails, and electricity.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring maintenance on burners, overhead cranes, extraction systems, monorails, immersion baths and zinc kettle.
• Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical faults, predominantly on overhead cranes.
• Develop solutions to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Organize the technical on-call service.
• Advise management on technical optimizations and support implementation.
• Maintenance = 65%.
• Troubleshooting = 30%.
• Production support = 5% (restart operations).
• Split of tasks: 50% electrical, 50% mechanical.
