Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support the Outpatient Care (OPD) Initiative in Brussels. You will help with knowledge management, data handling, and tool organization, contributing to the MEAL framework and program learning.

Responsibilities include managing SharePoint, organizing English/French resources, developing questionnaires, and assisting with qualitative and quantitative data analyses under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint; knowledge of databases is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint file management and renaming files per admin requests.
• Organize and maintain OPD clinical mentoring tools in EN/FR folders.
• Develop a treatment-understanding questionnaire for OPD MEAL framework.
• Organize, clean, and analyze focus group data with MEAL team.
• Review CGA self-assessments data and support reporting outputs.
