Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a motivated Student Assistant for the Outpatient Care (OPD) Initiative in Brussels. The role offers exposure to knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and program learning within an international humanitarian context.

You will contribute to organizing resources, adapting feedback instruments, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support learning and continuous improvement across the OPD activities.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Social Sciences, Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong interest in knowledge management, data analysis, and program learning.
• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint is required; familiarity with databases and data analysis methods or tools is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with qualitative data analysis is an asset.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint file management and adherence to naming conventions.
• Organize OPD clinical mentoring tools in English and French.
• Develop a treatment-understanding questionnaire for the OPD MEAL framework.
• Map MSF tools from Pharmacy and HP teams and liaise with technical referents.
• Analyze focus group data and support MEAL reporting.
• Assess CGA self-assessment data and contribute to reporting.
