Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk is seeking a Logistics Project Engineer to define, analyze and support our outbound logistics. You will lead end-to-end projects across admin and material flows, set up flows, onboard partners, and optimize our processes while driving continuous improvement in the TMS.

You will collaborate with IT for project execution and migration planning, report to the shipping & transport manager, and operate in a hybrid setup at our Wilrijk facility.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Industrial/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational challenges into smart solutions.
• Professional communication skills in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI or SQL is a bonus.
• Dynamic, collaborative, proactive with ability to work independently.
• Learning agility and change-management mindset; experience with supply chain processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define, analyze, implement and support outbound logistical processes.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of logistical projects across admin and physical flows.
• Set up transport flows, integrate new partners, optimize processes and working methods.
• Drive continuous improvement of the shipping and transport management system (TMS) and manage change.
• Collaborate with IT to coordinate project execution and plan migration to a future transport platform.
• Report to the shipping & transport manager and work in a hybrid model at the Wilrijk facility.
