Becton, Dickinson, and Company in Olen, Belgium, seeks an Outbound Logistics Administration Officer to prepare and verify outbound logistics documentation for the European Distribution Center. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely shipments while coordinating with carriers, customs, and internal teams.

Role requires experience in logistics administration, understanding of end-to-end processes, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs or equivalent.
• Experience in Logistics Administration, customs, and transportation planning.
• Some understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.
• Proficient in analysis and managing significant metrics.
• Customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
• Interpersonal skills for a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
• Interest in SAP and QMS (ISO 13485 / CAPA) is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Prepare logistics documents accurately and on time.
• Handle administrative paperwork for EDC departures.
• Ensure all vital documents are ready before departure.
• External: coordinate with carriers, customs, and customers (EDI).
• Internal: collaborate with Customer Care, Trade Compliance, transport, and warehouse teams.
• Act as gatekeeper for trucks, guide drivers, manage check-ins and archiving.
• Prepare compliant outbound documents and archive files.
• Assist in audits by notified bodies and customs authorities.
• Set up and report KPIs; ensure ISO 13485 compliance.
