BD Olen in Belgium is seeking an Outbound Logistics Administration Officer to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely preparation of logistics documentation for outbound shipments from the European Distribution Center in Olen, supporting the EMEA region. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics or equivalent, with experience in logistics administration, customs, and transportation planning.

Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, and SAP/QMS interest is helpful in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs or equivalent.
• Experience in Logistics Administration, customs, and transportation planning.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Interest in SAP and QMS (ISO 13485/CAPA) is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Prepare logistics documents accurately and on time for outbound shipments.
• Handle administrative paperwork and ensure compliance before departure.
• Communicate with carriers, customs, and customers; guide loading and archiving.
