CANAL+ Group in Brussels is hiring a Business Analyst to be the primary source of BENELUX business insights. The role supports decision‑making across Sales, Marketing, Content, Customer Care and Finance through KPI tracking, performance analysis and clear business recommendations.

Regular travel to Amsterdam and Luxembourg is required. You will build clear dashboards and reports, ensure local KPIs align with group standards, and collaborate with cross‑border teams to optimize acquisition,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in business analysis and performance tracking.
• Ability to turn data into simple, actionable insights.
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL for data querying.
• Strong knowledge of subscription KPIs and lifecycle metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-border teams.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews (Sales, Net Adds, Churn, Portfolio).
• Analyze customer behavior, content performance, campaigns, and trends.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, revenue.
• Build dashboards and reports for local management.
• Ensure local KPIs align with group standards for a consistent view.
• Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and data anomalies; escalate as needed.
• Support Canal+ Group strategic initiatives.
