MiniMed in Belgium and the Netherlands is seeking an Opportunity Management Specialist to support daily operations across the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg. You will handle orders, customer communications, and sales progression in a fast-paced environment.

The role is hybrid with two days per week in the Heerlen office; requires Dutch and English, with French a plus, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Process daily pump and sensor orders, warranty forms and WeCare registrations.
• Handle phone-based communication with people with diabetes, wholesalers and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming requests.
• Actively monitor and follow up on open opportunities to progress sales.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Opportunity Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily operations across the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg. The role requires frequent switching between tasks, handling both operational processing and customer communication (phone and email), while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily pump and sensor orders, warranty forms and WeCare registrations
• Handle phone-based communication mainly with people with diabetes, wholesalers and healthcare providers
• Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming requests
• Actively monitor and follow up on open opportunities to ensure sales progression
• Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Strong oral and written skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus

• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
• Team-oriented attitude with openness and collaborative spirit
• Comfortable working in an operational, detail-oriented environment with a significant amount of manual tasks

Working Model

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the Heerlen office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to support collaboration and team connection.

An assessment will be part of the recruitment process.
