Agristo is seeking a packaging operator to manage the end-to-end packaging process from fries to palletized products. You will provide first-line line support, adjust processes as needed, and continually expand knowledge of our packaging operations.

You will monitor packaging schedules, ensure cleanliness and material availability, and collaborate with colleagues on testing and process documentation. You will mentor teammates to share expertise and foster growth.

Qualifications

• Manage the entire packaging process from fries to a fully palletized product.
• Provide first-line line support, adjust processes when needed, and deepen knowledge of our processes.
• Monitor and coordinate the packaging schedule with the team leader to meet goals.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment by overseeing cleaning tasks.
• Oversee material ordering and availability of film, cardboard, and spices.
• Identify issues proactively and take corrective actions for continuity.
• Assist with packaging testing and collaborate with Agristo colleagues.
• Contribute to development of instructions and training materials.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Manage timely ordering and availability of materials such as film, cardboard, and spices.
• Proactively identify issues and take corrective actions to ensure continuity.
• Perform administrative tasks such as incident reporting and documenting process information.
• Assist in and conduct packaging process tests with Agristo colleagues.
• Share knowledge and develop instructions and training materials.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
