Agristo in Belgium is looking for a packaging operator to join our 2-shift operations. You set up, start and run fully automated packaging lines, ensure products meet quality standards, and collaborate with the team to keep lines efficient.

You monitor performance, question operations when needed, fix malfunctions with colleagues, perform quality checks, and take on additional tasks such as cardboard handling, cleaning, rework, forklift and foil as required.

Qualifications

• Setting up and operating fully automated packaging lines.
• Monitor line performance and suggest improvements with the team lead.
• Resolve malfunctions and communicate fixes to technical colleagues.
• Maintain quality checks and ensure products meet standards.
• Perform additional tasks as needed (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil).

Responsabilités

• Set up, start up, operate and convert fully automated packaging lines.
• Monitor operation and question issues to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and relay information to technicians.
• Maintain quality through checks and inspections.

What will you be doing at Agristo?

• You are responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines.
• During the process, you monitor the good operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader.
• You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues.
• You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks for this.
• Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil, etc.).
