Agristo in Wielsbeke, Belgium is seeking a hands-on operator to manage fully automated packaging lines. You will set up, start up, operate and convert lines in a two-shift system through September 2026, then transition to night shifts. You contribute to quality and safety while collaborating with the team.

• Setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines.
• Monitor operation of packaging lines and, if needed, challenge procedures and suggest improvements to the team leader.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions or relay information to technical colleagues.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and perform the necessary checks.
• Fulfill additional tasks in function of department needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil, etc.).
