Job summary

Morssinkhof – Rymoplast Group in Lommel processes sorted plastic films into high-quality secondary materials. As an operator you monitor, control, and optimize the production process.

You will set up machines, ensure product quality and safety, and collaborate with the supervisor and technical team. The role offers a permanent contract and a collegial, no-nonsense atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Technical insight; extrusion experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch or English.
• Forklift experience.
• Accurate with strong focus on quality and safety.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system (early/late).

Responsibilities

• Independently set up production machines for optimal output.
• Monitor the production process and the quality of finished products; intervene in deviations.
• Resolve minor technical issues or support the supervisor/technical team.
• Ensure safety in and around machines and installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Responsibilities

As an operator, you are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the production process.

• Independently setting up production machines for optimal output
• Monitoring the production process and the quality of finished products, and intervening in the case of deviations
• Resolving minor technical issues or supporting the supervisor and technical team with more complex interventions
• Ensuring safety in and around machines and installations
• Maintaining a clean and organized working environment

Qualifications

• You have technical insight; experience with extrusion is a plus
• You speak Dutch or English well
• You have forklift experience
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 2‑shift system (early/late)
