Job summary

Editx is seeking an operations leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation programs. You will represent operations in governance forums, align initiatives, and coordinate cross-department resources.

You will support solution design with operational context, spearhead continuous improvement programs, and develop structured change approaches. You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders across service delivery, technology, and business functions to enable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Represent operations within enterprise-wide transformation programs and project governance forums to ensure alignment.
• Assess the operational impact of proposed strategic initiatives and coordinate resource requirements across departments.
• Support solution design activities by providing operational context and identifying necessary subject matter expertise.
• Lead operations-driven continuous improvement programs and develop structured implementation approaches for organizational change.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across service delivery, technology, and business functions to facilitate adoption.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives to protect operational stability.
