This role includes responsibilities such as collecting incidents related to ICT tools, identifying new operational needs, and contributing to user documentation. Qualifications

• Master's degree and willingness to participate in daily activities.
• Ability to explain complex processes to various audiences.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Expert at Excel; knowledge of XML and modeling methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and improve existing operational and reporting processes.
• Collect, report, and follow up on incidents related to ICT tools.
• Identify operational needs or improvements and analyze them.
• Translate needs into specification documents.
• Contribute to user documentation and training materials.
