Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Business Analyst - Process Improvement to join our Brussels team under a VIE contract. You will analyze, model, and optimize business processes and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams in international projects.

Responsibilities include workshops, requirements gathering, BPMN/UML modeling, and documentation using Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Lucidchart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Functional Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Hands-on experience in business process modelling using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is considered an asset.
• Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligible to work in Belgium or willing to relocate to Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and understand business needs through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Gather, document, and prioritize functional and business requirements.
• Model and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN and UML methodologies.
• Create process maps, workflows, and functional documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or Lucidchart.
