Cayman Group is seeking an Operations Manager for one of its Liege hotels. You will oversee daily hotel operations, coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires energy, initiative and mobility across Belgium; fluency in French and English is essential, with Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational management within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Mobility in Belgium is essential.
