Job summary

Suspicious Antwerp is seeking a driven operations associate to manage replenishment, stock transfers, and inbound planning from our Antwerp HQ. You will collaborate with store teams, drivers and the warehouse to keep stock moving and accurate.

You’ll build simple stock reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement fixes. Fluency in Dutch and English and a hands-on mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant analytical field.
First work experience in retail, operations, supply chain or numbers-focused role.
Analytical mindset with comfort spotting patterns in data.
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups and formulas.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly without coding.
Hands-on problem solving in stockrooms or desks, pragmatic mindset.
Interest in AI and using it in daily work.
Affinity with the Suspicious Antwerp brand.
Residence in Belgium and ability to work from Antwerp HQ.
Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Place and follow up replenishment orders for stores based on sales and stock.
Own the full process from warehouse to store and back, from request to delivery.
Plan inbounds to warehouse for e-com, retail and wholesale.
Follow up store receptions and analyze discrepancies to prevent recurrences.
Be the first contact when systems act up in a store and fix issues.
Create simple reports on stock, inbounds and scan results; spot bottlenecks and improve with AI where helpful.
